Dad as you know we wanted to use the money you left for a holiday in memory of you , so we chose nerja as we know how you loved it
we had a fabulous time
The villa was huge and we all loved the pool , the goats would come down in the evening wed hear their bells
We loved the beaches and nerja was fab
We visited all its beaches on the last day there were crashing waves and the boys jumped on them with their rubber rings - im sure you were looking down smiling
I went into the town of nerja its beautiful with great views and the square
Didnt make the caves but maybe next time
I loved Rhonda so beautiful and historic - senoirs playing guitar in the gardens , a lady playing harp on the bandstand - quite beautiful
Bought a fan to go with the one you bought me when you went and saw the postcard you sent me which i still have with a flamenco dancer on it
Gibralter was funny - monkeys sat on cam and naths head and one pooed all over cams white top !
Alhambra was beautiful as well and the palaces something else
Didn't make seville as the driver didnt turn up but never mind
Obviously rather have had you here then be doing something in your memory but thankyou dad and hope it is what you would have wanted
